Crispy Seasoned Baked Fries

Main Ingredient: Potato

Ingredients

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic granules

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp sea salt

Directions Preparing: 45 minCooking: 30 min

Step 1Set oven to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes into fries. Start lengthwise and make 2 vertical slices. Lay each section flat on cutting board and cut into ½ inch wide fries.

Step 2Place fries in a large bowl and season with spices. Mix the fries up to coat evenly with spices.

Step 3Cover a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Place fries on the cookie sheet and spread them out so they are lying flat and not touching (as much as possible).

Step 4Bake at 450 for 30 minutes until crispy. Taste and adjust seasoning & salt. Enjoy!
