Hemp Seed Dressing
Creamy and delicious
Main Ingredient: Hemp seeds
Low Calories Low Fat High Fiber
1 cup hemp seeds, shelled (as packaged)
3/4 cup water
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 large garlic clove
¾ teaspoon sea salt
5 turns freshly ground black pepper
Directions Preparing: 25 min
Step 1Blend all in high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. At least 2 minutes.
Step 2The dressing will get thicker as it sits. You may need to add more water to thin later. Pour dressing over salad enough to coat, save remaining for up to a week.
